Firefly credits

At the beginning of September, I wanted to use Adobe Firefly for a few generations. However, I was informed that my credits had been used up and that I would have to wait until September 12 for them to be reset.

 

I waited a few days, and then a few days later I was told that the limit would not be reset until the end of the month. I'm pretty sure that the date has simply changed and the system wants to force me to buy more credits. Besides, I haven't used the image generation feature that often and I hardly believe that I've reached the limit.

 

Does anyone experiencing similar things?

Thanks for reaching out. The credits are refreshed on the anniversary date of your subscription. If you have more than one subscription, the credits for that particular subscription will be renewed on the anniversary date of that particular subscription. Alright I have two subscriptions. One for InDesign and for Photohop / Lightroom. They both have two different anniversary dates. But then I have the problem that the credits are not refreshed yet.
