Firefly credits still being deducted during Spring 2026 promotion

Hey everyone. I’m on a CC Pro plan with 4,000 Firefly credits per month. Adobe’s running a promotion with “unlimited generations on select models”. I’m grateful for the promotion, but I’m still having credits deducted from my balance when using those models covered by the promo. How do I fix that?

    To confirm your subscription plan, please go to Adobe Account and go to the Plans & Payment section. You’ll see all of your active subscriptions listed there. Could you take a screenshot of that section and share it with us? That will let us confirm the plans you’re currently subscribed to.

    For additional clarity, the screenshot below shows the current promotion for customers with the 4,000 credit plan. When I generate an image using those models, I’m still having credits deducted.
