      We’d also like to know which feature is concerned? Which model and prompt you’ve used along with the reference image if you have included any.

      Well, it usually is Firefly not any model. It takes an eternity to wake up the boards and start doing whatever. In the last few weeks, does not link correct PSDs,  also different models crash on half in 4K rendering. Then CROP tool still not debbuged. 

       

      Iteration has improved in firefly model and thirds but still LSD and softties.

       

      Using clients as betas and charge tokens for this is not that fair.

      I’d like to clarify a few points so we can better understand what you’re experiencing:

      • File formats: Firefly currently supports JPG, PNG, WebP (and HEIC in Safari) for uploads, and JPG/PNG for downloads. PSD files aren’t supported, so if you’re trying to link PSDs directly, that may explain the issue. Exporting your PSDs to JPG or PNG before uploading should work.

      • Performance: Firefly’s speed can depend on your system specs and browser setup. Could you share details about your environment (OS, browser)? That will help us see if the slowdown is related to requirements. You can also take a look at Firefly’s technical requirements.

      • Crop tool: The crop feature is working as designed, but if you’re seeing unexpected behavior, could you describe exactly what happens when you try to crop? For example, does the crop not apply, or does the aspect ratio reset?

      • 4K rendering crashes: You mentioned that different models crash halfway through 4K rendering. Could you tell us more about what happens? For instance, do you see an error message, or does the process just stop? If you have examples or screenshots, that would help us investigate further.
