it just doesn’t work, the screen is all black even when I refresh it

It looks like you might be accessing a different or outdated page. Could you try navigating directly to the Text to Image feature using this link: https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image

Please give that a try and let us know if it fixes the black screen issue for you.

Hi! I’m having a similar problem.

I tried the link you posted before and it lets me access the image generation page. The problem is I need to go to the home page because I want to see my boards. I tried clicking the Firefly logo but the page just goes dark :(

Why is this happening?
