Firefly download issue

In firefly clicking any download menu item or button gives me an error "some files could not be downloaded ".
it's after the second download dialog, not the first.
I have an iPad Pro 13" M4 running iOS 18.5. In order to transfer the firefly images to my iPad, when the download dialog box comes up I click "view". I can then save to my iPad.  The only thing i do that is a bit different is that I have my downloads folder on iCloud., not locally on my iPad.

Sorry about the issue. The product team suspects it could be a one-off corrupt asset state issue or that you are looking at the zip preview showing a single asset on an iPad. If you view downloads from the iCloud Drive or local Files, you should be able to see all the files.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Does this happen on every attempt or intermitently? Are you downloading one at a time or did you select multiple to download?

I just tried it and was able to download. Are you using Safari?

Thanks,

Hi @RaskelE,

Ok, I see the problem now. I tend to use my iphone more than my ipad in image generation and it operates differently. I think it is possible that "Download All" will not work correctly on an ipad. You can download each file individually by pressing the download button in the upper right corner of the image:

As you observed, if you press download, it will save it to iCloud Files. However, if you press view, it will open the image in a full window. If you press and hold the image, you will get this dialogue box:

You can then click "Save to photos" to get it to save to your photos app.

I was not able to see the error message. If you are getting an error, can you take a screen shot of that and upload it?

Thanks,
