Firefly Generate Soundtrack (Free Credits): Full Commercial Use on YouTube?

Dear Adobe Community/Support Team,

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the usage rights for audio tracks generated using the Adobe Firefly Generate Soundtrack(beta) feature, specifically when utilizing the monthly Free Generative Credits.

My question is ?

I have generated a long-form track (up to 60 minutes) using this feature. Can I use this lengthy audio track in my YouTube videos (for background/loops), which are monetized?

I want to confirm that even long-form content generated with free credits is legally clear for commercial use and will not trigger Content ID claims.

I have an urgent follow-up question to my original post.

Question 2- Am I permitted to upload the full long time audio track to YouTube as a plain or standalone music video (for example, with just a static image or a looping graphic as the background)?

I am asking to confirm the restriction against using the track as a stand-alone file. Does uploading a long track as the primary content (even with a static background image) violate the license's restriction against distributing the music separately?

Thank you for confirming this specific usage limitation. And also hope answers for, 2 of my questions.

Hi @Malaka_Shashiranga5641

Thanks for reaching out. Anything you generate through Firefly can be used commercially.
Firefly does not copyright any of the user's data.
You are free to use the Firefly-generated sound any way you like.
