firefly generator continuously keeps failing

Question

Adobe Firefly video generation repeatedly fails.

I am trying to create an image-to-video animation using an original 3D mechanical football character.

Every time I click Generate, Firefly displays this error:

"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Troubleshooting already attempted:

1. Tried Kling 3.0 at 720p for 8 seconds.
2. Tried Kling 2.5 Turbo at 5 seconds.
3. Tried different reference images.
4. Tried different animation prompts.
5. Refreshed the browser.
6. Signed into Adobe Firefly using a new Google Chrome Incognito window.
7. Reuploaded the reference image and tried again.

The same error occurred repeatedly.

My account shows 4,000 premium generative credits, and the balance has not decreased.

I am using Adobe Firefly on a Windows HP laptop through Google Chrome.

Please investigate whether there is a problem with video generation, my account access, or the Kling model integration.

I would appreciate assistance resolving this issue so I can use the video generation features included with my subscription.

Kling works great w animation and cartoons.
If you could provide your prompt and the image, this would help considerably.

Trademarked / Copyright
Political figures / Celebrities

Long complicated prompts (often from ChatGPT)
(short easy to read prompts tend to work very well)
busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is.
