Firefly getting hung up while generating image

When I’m trying to generate an image (particularly when I’m editing one I already generated), Firefly gets hung up. It runs for a while and then fails - no image. This is happening pretty regularly.

I’m on a macbook pro. I used Safari and Firefox with the same problem on both. I emptied the cache, reloaded the page, signed in and out. Nothing worked. I had to wait a while and it eventually corrected itself.

      • What does the failed generation look like, do you see an error message?

      • When you mentioned this happens often while editing, does it occur with a specific model, or does the failure happen no matter which model you use?
