Firefly i stuck in Fast Mode. Nothing online can explain how to un do this.

this service is of no value to me because th eimages are very small. It is not at all intuitive or clear how to generate images that are of a higher resoltion.

Are you using Firefly Model 3? In Model 3, fast mode is turned off here:
