Firefly image generation fails on every attempt with “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

I have tested Chrome and Edge, cleared cache/cookies, restarted the browsers, and tested both with and without a reference image. I have also tested multiple models, including Firefly Image 5 and Gemini/Nano Banana 2. A completely unrelated simple prompt (“a red apple on a white background”) also fails.

This appears to be an account/backend issue rather than a browser, prompt, reference image, or model issue.

Please check my Adobe account's Firefly entitlement/provisioning and generation access on the backend.

        We understand that it can be frustrating when you run into errors and cannot generate the images and videos you need. In order to assist you we ask you to provide additional information.

        Something went wrong:
        A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.


        • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS)

        • Workflow Context:

          • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)

          • The full prompt you were using.

          • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

        (Make sure to remove person details: email address, name and etc. before posting)
