Using Gemini 3 with Nano Banana Pro. Prompts keep returning the same image. Credits are being used, but the model is not responding to prompts and/or the updated images are not being returned.

    Hey @Jovok

Sounds like you have a bad seed. In cases like this I delete the images that are not working and start over. I do this as part of my workflow. Generate and then delete images that I no longer need or are working.

This hanging issue is usually caused by a browser cache loop or an ad-blocker blocking Firefly's dynamic scripts, which wastes your credits without rendering the new output.

Try these quick steps to fix it:

    1. Use Incognito Mode: Open a private window and try generating again.

    2. Clear Cache: Clear your browser's cookies and history to force a fresh page reload.

    3. Disable Extensions: Turn off any script-blockers or tracking protection shields.

Dealing with these browser-side script loops can be tricky; we often troubleshoot similar technical glitches to keep our platform DeenElevated running smoothly.

Try Incognito first so you don't lose more credits, and let us know if it works!

If Firefly image generation hangs with no output, try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or using another browser. Also check your internet connection and Adobe account status. If the issue persists, log out and back in or wait, as Adobe servers may be experiencing temporary problems.
