Firefly is asking me to buy more credits even though I have 4000

Firefly is saying I have insufficient credits to edit an image but I have 4,000 available credits? I have tried logging out of my Adobe account and logging in again, but nothing helps. I am on a Creative Cloud Pro membership.

In case anyone else comes across this thread: generative credits reset once a month! On July 30, you'll get a fresh set of credits to use.
