Firefly is not working

Hello,

I was trying various options, but unable to test any because it shows an error as shown below.

"Something went wrong

This image produced an error. Please try again."

The problem is with Firefox. The page is not loading in Edge.

    Firefly can be accessed on the web and supports Chrome, Safari, and Edge browsers on the desktop. Currently tablet or mobile device support is limited
