Firefly is not working

Hi, I have 2100/2100 credits, but firefly is not working, it popup an alert that says: This feature is currently unavailable. Please, can you help me?

Thanks for reaching out. Are you on an individual account or a Teams/ enterprise account?
If you have a Teams account, please contact your administrator to enable this feature from the admin console.
