Firefly is not working for me

Hi, Firefly is not working for me — I only see a blank grey screen.

I already have an active Pro subscription, but it seems like my account doesn’t have proper access to Firefly.

I also recently changed my plan, so maybe something is stuck on your side.

Could you please check and fix my access?
