Firefly is taking my credits but not generating images for me

I am reporting a bug where Adobe Firefly is consuming my generative credits but failing to generate or display any images. Each time I click generate, the system indicates it "Uses 40 credits," and my balance has now decreased to 1730 out of 2000, yet no images are produced.

    Are you getting an error message? If so, can you please post an image of the full browser window with the error showing?

     

    When you press generate, the credits are deducted from your balance. If the generation fails, they should be re-added, but it might not be instantaneous.
