Firefly is terrible

I’m going to lose my shit on the endless cycle of customer service that you put us through just to have a simple question answered. Your AI sucks like the vacuum haircutter in Waynes World. Ain’t targeted at the end person I’m going to talk to, but whomever is in charge of your CS efforts can suck a butt. 

I have really terrible experience trying to generate any video. It always does error, once it went through and generated totally unusable basic video which was typical when this all ai generation started. I use nim video and higgsfield and they are superrior agains this. My question is why? Why company with such budget can not offer serious AI tool? Even ARTLIST is better in that. Why is that? Are you working on improving? 

A little honesty here. I realize this is Beta but right now, it's junk. I'm not sure why you even have this available when there are at least 6 or 7 apps much better than your beta. Sorry, I'm out.
It’s JUNK! Takes forever to generate and does not not follow prompts.

I never run into issues. 
I think each AI platform works differently to be honest. And the way you write prompts for each platform needs to be slightly modified.

Ever see the guy on Instagram that asks AI to generate something then asks it to do the next thing and the next thine and the next thing. So funny.

But prompting will always require tweaking and adjusting. You never get the winning design the first time. I will go through a lot of prompt tweaking before I get close to what I want on any platform.

Yes. The images are highly inappropriate and the AI has a stupid understanding of the prompts.

Come on, Adobe. Please fix it!
