firefly keeps doing cant load

Question

i try to edit my images and firefly just says cant load a lot like like i type a black jacket lands on her it keep doing cant load it did not did this weeks and months ago and i cant do my projects when it does this with Gemini 3 Nano banana pro i cant get the edit images i need and parts in animes that i need. i moved to adobe firefly because it can do what i cant so can you please fix it.

Hi ashleyf98203257!Thanks for reaching out. Are you seeing an AI guideline violation message? If so, could you try removing the reference image and see if that resolves the issue?I suspect the model may be interpreting the white shirt in the reference image as skin due to its color and appearance. Could you try making the shirt a brighter or more distinct white?^KRmoved to questions
