Firefly not completing task

Trying to edit image. Have enough credits. Progress bar continues to pulse but no results. Fifteen minutes now

    Could you please reply with the following information:
    An example of the prompt that you are using as well would help.

    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

    • A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

    This helps us help you. Sometimes there might be a trigger word in the prompt.

    Natea thanks for reaching out. So we spend around 5 hours on this project yesterday and there were many errors. If I were to give you all the information you are requesting it would take another could of hours. I did look for the information you requested in Generation History and those that fail do not show up - I would have to screen shot them on each occasion.

    I did mention in my post what models we used. I couple give you reference images but they are my clients so I would need to get permission. This is one crazy example… I generated an image to used it as a reference image but Firefly would allow it saying it was unsuitable - even though Firefly actually generated the image!

     Firefly doesnt seem as good now as it did 3 weeks ago when I was getting reasonably good results - although it did have problems even then at least the results were exceptable.

    You may need to go into your creative cloud app and delete unwanted images there.

    When it comes to Firefly not accepting images it created:
    rename it, take it into Adobe Express/ photoshop and make a few adjustments save and rename it:  this has helped me in the past.

    I’m rather pleased to find other people are having probems today…. It’s very frustrating, everytime I go to try and create an image, the system hang. Eventualy i get the “Oops” message.

    Bt the way, I tried Firefox and Google Chrome browsers, and I tried many of the image models.

    I am having the same issue. I’ve tried using multiple browsers, updating my browsers, and  clearing my cache. I have a paid service and plenty of credits. I’ve tried using GPT1.5, all the versions of Gemini, and FLUX 2. None of them work. The “loading” animation just goes on and on and never completes. It’s been almost 10 hours since I started work and began trying to use the service, which usually works well.

    I had exactly this problem - sitting with a client. We wasted around 4 hours and about 3000 credits before client went home.
