Firefly not following prompts

Question

Trying to generate video through Firefly of spinning globe (https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/video?sdid=TKZTL5V8). Multiple times asked it to do a full rotation of globe so seamless loop. Just ignored and charged credits every time I asked again!

ignores request to rotate object 100% (so video loops). Charged credits every time asked.
