Firefly not generating anything.

For 8+ hours Firefly is not able to generate anything - basically on the Boards I've got error "the server was unable to fulfill the request. Check your internet connection" - but of course, my internet connection is just as well as it ever been ;)

It sounds like a temporary Adobe Firefly server issue rather than your internet connection. You could try signing out and back in, clearing the browser cache, or checking Adobe’s service status. APK

Could you provide more information to proceed. Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you resolve the issue.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

Provide your prompt and reference image(s) if there are any?
Which model and settings were you using/
Consider clearing cache, cookies, and using a different browser.

None of the models are generating anything. On the AI-video generation page - after clicking the button, there’s a ‘’loading/thinking circle’’ and then:

1) It disappears and nothing happens.
2) It shows message: “Something went wrong”, with that sad-ass doggo.
3) It gives message: “The server was unable to fulfill the request. Check your internet connection" - which is basically bullshit - without the net, even the message would not have popped.

I am using the same prompts/images I’ve used succesfully with Firefly about week ago - so I’m rather sure that it is not an issue here.

Anyways, here’s prompt:

Wide low-angle shot, 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. Grand entrance of the royal palace in Eden. Princess Justyna stepping onto the marble stairs in her white and gold Rococo gown, long golden wavy hair. Justyna descends the steps gracefully, nodding with a kind smile, passes citizens, and goes straight forward - heading towards the gardens. Soft volumetric morning sunlight, painterly finish. Stylized Illustrative Realism, angelic aesthetic. --ar 16:9

MOTION: Camera tracks backward down the stairs leading Justyna's movement. Her gown and golden hair move with natural fluid inertia.
AUDIO/SFX: Majestic yet intimate string ensemble, soft fabric rustle of her gown, light footsteps on marble steps.

Of course, if I’m using a model without sound-generation, I am deleting the SFX part of the prompt.

Hey there, I have an idea! Try removing some of the proper nouns. I'm wondering if it's failing because it doesn't know who that is, or because that's copywritten material.

Remove "Eden" and "Princess Justyna" and try again.
