firefly not working but using credits

This happens so often for me too. It is frustrating losing these precious credits lol.

Could you share a bit more about your experience? Do you see an error message, or does the generation just keep loading for a long time? A screenshot would be very helpful.

For credits, they’re deducted when you click Generate, but if the process fails with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.
