Question

Firefly not working on any browser, even after clearing cache.

Firefly not working on any browser, even after clearing cache. I'm logged in using my university staff account. When I click on "Text to Image" it goes to a blank white page, nothing loads.

Entering text and clicking "generate" on the homepage leads to a blank white page, nothing loads.

The same happens on Chrome, Firefox and Safari, even after clearing cache (deleting all history, cookies etc.)

It worked fine last week. I need to use Firefly for my work. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Hi Robert33328239qgob!

Sorry about the issue. Are you having the same problem as mentioned here? https://adobe.ly/3Ni78G3

Let us know.

Thanks,

Please look in the file /etc/hosts and look to see if there are any lines containing "adobe.com". If so, delete those lines only.  Be careful editing this file as making other changes and cause problems.

@Robert33328239qgob if your account is managed by the university, check with your IT/Adobe Admin. There are controls in the Adobe Admin console that need to be activated to allow Firefly AI in educational accounts. They may have missed something.

Thanks for your comment, but no this is not the solution. As stated in my post, it worked fine last week.

@Robert33328239qgob are you certain they did not adjust any settings to the firewall or Admin console?
