Firefly Partner models do not work

Hi,

As is the case for many others, from what I can read on community posts, I can not generate images using firefly partnermodels. only firefly models work. I get the “Something went wrong try again later error”. 

Can you please look into this. Requested info below:
Operating system: Windows 10
Browser: Have tried all, chrome, edge, opera, firefox, etc. nothing works

Function: text to image - have tried both with and without reference image, nothing works

Promt: Generate a picture of the moon. Have tried loads of different prompts - nothing works

Steps: 

 Have followed all steps on this post, nothing works. 

All firefly models work no partner models work.
