Adobe's guidelines basically say you can use generated images for commercial use. Those are detailed in this document: Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines, and in here: Adobe Generative AI Additional Terms. Adobe generally does not comment beyond what is in those documents.
The field of copyright and trademark law is complex across many jurisdictions and is changing related to AI generated content. Whether you can copyright or trademark content created by AI is a question you should ask your legal counsel.
