Firefly PRO charging me 500 credits to create image to video using generative AI

Question

Hi I have just upgraded to Adobe Firefly PRO this morning (14/08/25) - using the image to video generative AI feature. I have 7000 credits on this plan and it states on your website it should produce 70x 5 second videos (100 credits per 5 second video, 20 credits per second). However, each image to video I create, its costing me 500 credits. Why?

This might have happened if you generated vidoes in 1080p which cost 500 credits for 5 seconds. You can see below the 20 credits per second video is for 540p.

From the generative credits FAQ:

Generate Video	1080p at 24 FPS	100 credits per second
Generate Video	720p at 24 FPS	50 credits per second
Generate Video	540p at 24 FPS	20 credits per second
