why i can’t generate videos? I have Firefly Pro Plus!!!!

Hi @Astonishing_userc283 what specifically is the error you get? How many credits do you have available? Having a specific plan does not mean you can generate unlimited videos- there is a cost.

You can check your credit allowance and the monthly renewal date by clicking your avatar in the top right of the Firefly website interface.

I have an Adobe Firefly Plus subscription. About a day has passed, and now I can generate again without any issues.

Yesterday, I used 3,000 credits out of my original 10,000, so I still had 7,000/10,000 credits remaining. However, it wouldn't let me generate anything, even though I still had plenty of credits left.

Now, after about 17 hours, I logged back in and can generate again without any problems.
