Firefly reference images (structure and style): can I use free-license third party images?

When generating images with Firefly, is it allowed to use reference images (structure and style) originated from third party websites like Freepik or Unsplash, downloaded strictly under their free-license?

@MF90 No one on here is official legal counsel but when uploading an image for Composition or Style reference the pop up states "...To use this feature, you must have the rights to use any third-party images."

The only limitation for free-license images would be if the source site explicitly state that their images cannot be used with AI models. Some sites do list that as a restriction for "free license" or "royalty free" images.
