Firefly refuses my picture even though it does comply with the rules

Question

I submitted a picture of myself and my mom, and Firefly refuses the picture saying that it doesn’t comply with the rules. We are both dressed, sitting on a bench, I am looking at her, there is nothing wrong with the picture. I just wanted it to be animated because my mom passed away, and Firefly won’t accept it.

Hisilverhammernz,Thanks for sharing you reference image and prompt.I tested a few generations with your image using Firefly and Partner models (Gemini 3.1 gave the best results in my opinion).Generated with Gemini 3.1 after upscaling withTopaz Labs (Gigapixel)Since the issue seems related to the user guidelines message preventing you from using the image, I’m starting to think the format might be the cause.Images shared in the community often save in .webp format when downloaded, and I wonder if that affects how reference images behave.
