Firefly region and account problems

I could not purchase the Firefly because of the region restrictions, at the same time my account [PII Removed by Moderator] reregistered in Sweden

Okay.
I am goin to ask maybe a silly question. Have you logged out and logged back into your creative account.
As well as turning off and on your computer.
Reminder of those basic soloutions. I have had a few moments when all I had to do was restart my computer.

You would need to go into your Adobe Creative Cloud account and start a conversation. Ask to talk to a human.

Thank you already spent with agents 4 days in conversation… they promised
