Firefly stuck in the middle of generation and won' stop loading even if refreshed

I tried to generate simple image, I went out of credit and bought new ones, but it stuck on the last rendering when it stopped me to buy more credits. it’s loading and loading and I can’t click and when I refresh the page it keeps loading. I can’t generate new images at the moment. it’s stuck

    Can you please try these steps and let us know if any of them helped you solve the issue:

    • Clear browser cache: Sometimes Firefly keeps a stale session that blocks new generations. Clearing cache/cookies can reset it.

    • Try another browser or Try incognito mode

    • Check credit balance: Make sure the newly purchased credits are visible in the account. If they aren’t, the system may still think you’re out of credits.

    • Log out and back in: Refreshing the authentication session can clear stuck states.

    • Disable extensions: Ad blockers or privacy extensions sometimes interfere with Firefly’s rendering process.
