Firefly text to image not working

I have only been able to generate a single set of four images using the new 'text to image' functionality. Keeps happening regardless of what prompt I use.

 

Error message is shown in attachment.

 

Have tried Safari and Chrome to eliminate browser as cause.

    @mauricealford that's frustrating. Are you able to use Firefly on any other device? 

    If it works on other devices, can you share the following information for the device you're having issues with?

    • What device and browser version are you using?
    • Does this happen in other modules?

      I can only try it on the laptop at the moment. Just tried it again and still not working.

       

      Device is a MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2021.

      Browsers are Safari v17.0 and Chrome v118.0.5993.70. Since neither browser works I don't think it is related to the browser.

       

      I can use generative fill etc on Photoshop with no problem.

      Update: if I select the suggested text prompt it works, but as soon as I put in my own prompt it fails.
