Firefly Text to Vector outputs not showing in Generation History

Hi!

I’m doing some due diligence on a project, that includes Firefly generations (vectors). While I generated most of the outputs using the Generative option with Illustrator, some were done as “text to vector” prompts on the web version of Firefly.

I want to ensure all outputs have been made using the commercially safe Firefly models - and not any 3rd party ones.

I’ve tracked most down (the ones created within Illustrator) - though I see the web version of Firefly does not seem to keep text-to-vector within the Generation History.

So a 2 part question:

  1. How can I see a record of text-to-vector generations within the web version?
  2. Is it possible to show the model used for an image that was brought into Illustrator from a web-based Firefly output - by using the spark icon that recognises it as being generative? (per attached).

Many thanks in advance!

    Hey @karls74109419

I haven’t seen a way to see previous generations on the web version. Just checked.
In Illustrator there is a way/ button that allows you to see previous generations.

    Cheers

    Nate

Thanks Nate! I thought this might be the case. I have a few illi’s that, when clicked on, show the blue and white “sparkle” icon - but they don’t appear in the Generation History or show any detail in the Properties panel. Is there any way to confirm that they were generated using FF models?

To be clear on the above - I just want to ensure all illustrations I generated & modified, can be used by my client in their communication campaign. IE that everything was done using Firefly models only.

There are only a few images that were done on the Web version (which I can’t track in the Your Stuff folder). BUT, I’m 99.9% confident none were generated using partner models...

    Testing this:

The vectors in question all have the blue and white spark icon on my artboard (per original attachment), if that means anything to indicate a FF model?

I tried to use a partner model (via Firefly web) this morning, and saw - for the first time - a pop-up indicating the partner model disclaimer. I guess this can then confirm I’ve only used FF, and therefore the artwork is safe to use in commercial campaigns…

Just trying to take the anxiety away! ;-)
