firefly thumbs down feedback on firefly greyed out unless browser is refreshed

Noticed today that the thumbs down negative feedback button on firefly is being greyed out so i cannot report images that are consistently coming out bad. I have to refresh my browser each time and come back to the page.

This appears to be a bug. I can reproduce it. if you cancel and try a second time, it might work the second time.

I asked for this to be looked at.
