If I put in details for image development, this has no bearing on the output - in fact, the images are identical to the reference image, suggesting the prompts are not being read.

Thanks for your feedback.

We tested this thoroughly and were able to reproduce the same issue.

Across different prompts, workflows (using Edit tab: prompt & Markup + AI assistant), and models, the results remained largely unchanged, with only minor improvements. This confirms that the problem isn’t due to prompt quality or the way the request was written.

The root cause is a current limitation of generative AI: these models don’t reliably enforce precise, synchronized pose changes across multiple people. They tend to preserve the original image structure and regenerate each person independently, which makes consistent arm and hand alignment difficult to control.

Feedback from the AI assistant on this workflow

In short, this type of edit isn’t fully achievable with standard prompting or AI editing tools today.

For exact pose matching, the most reliable approach is use manual targeted edits per person using Photoshop.

OK, thanks for taking the time to explain. When a prompt is not actionable, is it possible to not be charged credits on this - I’ve had multiple times this has occurred, and so fairly frustrating to loose the credits.

Also - any thoughts on the download issue? I cannot download anything this week

@Bruce_Turner Unfortunately, credits are the cost of each generation, so they can’t be refunded for unwanted outcomes.

Please can I ask if there’s a reason why I’ve not been able to download images. The download action begins, but never completes. This has been the case now for about a week, and so it is frustrating as the credits are used, but I cannot access the HD images

When you click Download, but the download is not triggered, we recommend trying to download your files via: https://www.adobe.com/files/firefly instead

Can I give you permission to access my firefly history? - this may be the most efficient way to diagnose it - the last 4 attempts to create a result did not change the image at all.
