Firefly Video Access – How Long Does It Take for Approval on a Business Account?

Hi everyone,

I recently requested access to Firefly’s video generation feature using my business account, which is connected to my company's creative team. After submitting the request, I received the attached confirmation message stating that my admin will review it.

I'm curious – how long did it take for you to get approved (if at all)? Are there any specific criteria for granting access? Does being part of a business/enterprise account impact the waiting time?

Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your message. 

Your request would go to your organisation's Adobe administrator, not to Adobe itself. You should contact your organisation's Adobe administrator. Adobe's guide on that is here: How do I contact my Adobe administrator? If that does not work, contact your IT department.
