firefly video error using credits

I've been using Firefly video creation for the first time, I'm getting the error "Something went wrong - Please try again later" which I did several times and then realised all my credits have been taken even though nothing was generated. Can I get these credits back?

Hi Kartika

As it was the first time I have used this service, I wanted to try them all, each time I got an error I moved on to the next, unknowingly using all my credits.
