Firefly Video – Frequent Monkey Error & Image Upload Questions

Hi Adobe Support,

We’re experimenting heavily with Firefly Video, and we’re absolutely loving it! However, we keep running into the monkey error quite frequently, and we’re struggling to pinpoint why. Initially, we thought it was related to uploading transparent PNGs, but we’ve had it happen with other images as well.
