firefly video generator gives ‘Something went wrong"

i am trying to animate an image in firefly video on my chrome browser (which i had no previous problems with and have generated many videos successfully) now for the last three days i get a ‘Something went wrong. Please try again later.’ message. i am unsure if i am using many credits trying over and over without success to generate animations.

    Thank you for reaching out,

    In Firefly, credits are deducted the moment you hit Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.

    To helps investigate this error, please share your reference image, prompt and model you’ve used.
