Firefly video generator ignoring specific prompts

I’m giving detailed prompts to Firfly about how products are supposed to act on camera. For instance, I wanted a shot of a agricultural fan that was completely still but the camera moved from right to left. I clearly stated this but it generated the product animating in weird ways. I kept trying and got progressively worse results and lost lots of credits. It’s infuriating that you have to except a loss of credits when it’s not your fault. You should be charged credits when you are happy and have downloaded the image or video.

Hey @RaelB

It sounds like you may have had a bad seed. This does occasionally happen.

The process of prompting and getting the desired results ends up being a lot of trial and error.

Steps to take:
- Delete the images that are not working for you How to Delete multiple Files

- Open a new tab and start over or with a reference image: style or composition image.

- Use a different model certain models are more suitable than others.

It definitely is a lot of trial and error, which I’m learning about. I will try what you’ve suggested, though and maybe test some different models. Just have to wait a month for more credits.

I have also tried creating videos and for some reason its adding miss spelled text that i dont understand and ignoring clear directions it ends after 5 seconds without an ending like its half way through the message and then just ends without the call to action even though ive instructed it to provide this i cannot figure out how to extend the video to more than 5/8 seconds ive seen a cool video an agent created from some site but it must not have been this site as it had an ending and ran for maybe 15-30 seconds without text errors and miss spelled words im about to cancel this if i cant use it for a benefit.

AI does not do well with spelling: period. It is a known issue.
I m not sure how detailed your video is. As a work around, I have found Adobe Express to be a good workaround for adding text.
