Hei, stupid question but what pixel size should I use for my frame reference images on Firefly video Ray 3 HDR portrait (3:4) 4k aspect ratio output?

Hi alexe81988930!

Thanks for writing in. Any reference image would work; you need to select the 4k for video generation. The reference image is just for reference as the first frame of the video.

Hello, I thougth the frame image has to match output otherwise it wont generate? I have tried different sizes for my frame images but none has worked.

Update! The problem was that my pictures was 300 resolution and not 72.
