Firefly Video stopped working after subscription purchase

Hello,
I had access to Firefly Video and successfully generated 2 videos during my trial.
After that, I was prompted to purchase a Firefly Standard subscription. I subscribed — but now the "Generate" button is greyed out, and the feature no longer works.

I would like to clarify: is Firefly Video included in the Standard plan?
If not, how can I join the beta program to continue using it for my creative projects?

Sorry to hear that. Can you share a screenshot that displays the issue? Which browser are you using? Could you try changing the browser and see if that helps?
