I’m sorry you’re facing trouble using Firefly.

One quick thing to try is to check if your generated files were saved in the Creative Cloud app, as sometimes they show up there instead of the main screen.

If it still isn't working, we'd love to look into it further. 

• Are you seeing any error messages when trying to display the image?
• Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies?
• Disable adblocks, which can cause issues
• Send a screenshot of the error, and send it to us (do not share and personal information like email, phone number or billing address/info)
