Question

First, my credits went down from 3995 to 3260 on a 375 credit generation. The credits vanished. When I went to cancel my trial, I clicked the option to extend the trial by 7 days, but that button returned an error. How can I resolve either issue?

    Hey ​@storylingo 

    You will have to go into your Adobe Creative Cloud app and talk to a representative and ask them to cancel your subscription.
