    @Melfarkan, maybe see if you can download any files from your generation history in the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

    still it doesn’t work, so i guess there is not technical support here

    Well, if we add it all up, you realize that this platform really doesn't work well at all. For example, the download button doesn't work for me. So how on earth are we supposed to work?
