Thank you for your message. 

It is hard to tell without knowing exactly what plan you are on. There was a promotion until December 15 which gave complimentary access to some premium features. That promotion changed for December 15 to January 15 to apply to a narrower set of plans. That might be what you are experiencing.

We can probably answer your question more completely with more information. Can you please reply with the following information:
• What function were you using to generate (e.g. text to image, image to video, etc.) and what model had you selected? If video, what length and resolution did you select?
• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
