I chose to generate video with Veo3.1. Pressed vertical format option, added first and end frames.  But got widescreen result. Credits lost.

Hi @46652679,

Thank you so much for reaching out and explaining what happened. Getting a widescreen video after carefully choosing the vertical format and setting both the first and last frames is really disappointing, especially when credits are involved. This should not happen when you follow the steps correctly, and your frustration is completely understandable.
The format also depends on the input pictures. Please ensure that the images are in the same format as the desired output

If you are comfortable sharing them, a screenshot of your settings (showing the vertical format) and the resulting video would really help the team investigate what went wrong and work on preventing this kind of mismatch in the future.
We appreciate your patience.
