Free credit monthly not recharged

Question

My last time to use abode firefly was about October 2024. Today(January 12 2025) I found free credit(25 credits monthly) has not recharged. Why does it not recharged...? When can I get free credit again...?

* Also I believe credit should be deducted when I download, not make an image. No matter how well the prompt is written, trial and error often occur because of technical problems.
