Free Credits

Question

I have been offered free credits, with an email confirming they have been added to my account, but they are not showing. Can anyone tell me how long it would take for them to come into my account?

Hi Caroline,No, they haven’t - I have received my paid for ones as I already have a paid subscriptionbut not the ones that were offered to me free of charge if I carried on with the upgrade. It doesn’t matter now as I cancelled the top up plan because I didn’t trust the process any more :( It’s a bit poor being offered credits like that to stay on a plan and then they don’t arrive.Thank you for your reply though, I appreciate it.
