Frequent Errors When Generating Video with Reference Frames (Sora 2 & Veo3 Models)

I am experiencing persistent technical issues when attempting to generate video in Adobe Firefly using the Video Generation feature with reference frames. This occurs whether the reference frames are uploaded directly or selected from assets stored in the cloud associated with my Firefly account.

In the majority of attempts, the generation fails and returns an error before completing. This issue is consistently happening when using both the Sora 2 model and the Veo3 models. The failures occur even with relatively simple prompts and reference frames, making it difficult to determine any reliable workflow.

Because of the high failure rate, it is very frustrating to experiment, iterate, or use the tool in a production context. I would appreciate clarification on whether this is a known issue, any limitations or requirements around reference frames for these models, or steps I can take to improve generation success.
